Student Living by UniLodge can arrange for the professional cleaning of your Apartment. The cost to clean a room are as follows: $320 for a studio apartment. $340 for a studio with balcony.  $360 for a 1 bedroom apartment. Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival.

Per Lease Agreement. The cost includes two weeks’ rent plus GST, a $165 advertising fee, and rent until the apartment is leased again.

Each resident pays their energy as it is seperately metered and will hold their own account with an energy company. You may sign up your electricity connection through Move Me In.

Internet access and Wi-Fi is provided by Superloop and Unlimited Wi-Fi is included in your rental package.

There are 10 car parks available costing $50 per week and $218 per month. All bike spaces are free and are located on the ground floor. Limited spots available.
