If rent isn’t paid, UniLodge can deduct it from your security deposit.  If the deposit isn’t enough, you must pay the remaining balance.

UniLodge Ultimo is just a short walk to UTS, making it extremely convenient for students studying on campus. USYD is also easily accessible, either by a comfortable walk or via public transport. Regular bus services and the light rail operate nearby, providing quick and direct connections to the USYD campus. With multiple transport options available, getting to both universities is simple and stress free.

UniLodge Ultimo is available to full-time and part-time students enrolled at a recognised tertiary institution.

Yes. UniLodge Ultimo welcomes both domestic and international students.

We recommend applying as early as possible, especially for peak intake periods, as rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. All studios come fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, storage, kitchenette and private bathroom.

Basic furniture is provided, but residents will need to bring their own bedding, cookware and personal items.

Yes – there is a non-refundable application fee of $240.

Yes – to secure your accommodation you must pay $600, which includes the $240 application fee, a $230 departure clean fee, and a part payment of $130 towards your security deposit (which is the equivalent to four weeks occupancy fees).

Cancel more than 28 days before your contract starts: $240 retained.  Cancel within 28 days of the contract start date: the full $600 is charged.

Residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms during their stay.

Yes – a departure cleaning fee of $230 applies.

An Early Termination Fee applies – equivalent to two weeks’ occupancy fee (plus 10% GST) already paid before departure. This cannot be taken from the security deposit.
